On March 24, 2018, students across the nation led March for our Lives to end gun violence.

“Not one more. We cannot allow one more child to be shot at school. We cannot allow one more teacher to make a choice to jump in front of a firing assault rifle to save the lives of students. We cannot allow one more family to wait for a call or text that never comes. Our schools are unsafe. Our children and teachers are dying. We must make it our top priority to save these lives.” https://marchforourlives.com/mission-statement/

These students have chosen to live a life of significance and change the world.

These March for our Lives sign models illustrate the use of signs and symbols of protest to create political change. They can be used to connect current political events to Women’s Suffrage, Vietnam War protests and the Civil Rights movement. Students could research political movements in history and then design and publish sign models with detailed explanations and historical reference photos.
